After Pruning Roses, What’s Next?

Be safe in the garden, protect yourself from thorns (officially, prickles). Open the center to air and light, shape and train plants, provide nutrition, manage pests and diseases via IPM, mulch and water when needed. Get beautiful roses starting in April and continuing through Fall.

Presented by Stu Dalton, UCCE Master Gardener and an American Rose Society Master Rosarian. Stu has been giving programs and talks on roses for decades, including at garden clubs, nurseries, libraries, and displays at the County fair, plus a prior Lyngso talk and a recording. He grows 250+ roses of many types in his Menlo Park garden.
