Wear comfortable shoes – You can drive between tour homes, but expect plenty of walking throughout the day. Some streets are quite hilly. Free shuttle service will be available in certain locations.
Photography is by permission of the homeowners. Please respect any “no photography” signs as posted.
100% of the final proceeds from the Eichler Home Tour benefit the Highlands Elementary School PTA. Our event in 2017 raised over $90K for the school.

JOIN US FOR THIS FREE, FUN, AND EDUCATIONAL EVENT
Hundreds of individual roses at peak spring bloom as well as rose arrangements. See prize and trophy winning exhibits. Join in the gardening fun that members and the public enjoyed during the pandemic. Enjoy rose maintenance and gardening guidance from members and available materials. Experience and understand the benefits of belonging to the Peninsula Rose Society and the American Rose Society.
Exhibit your rose/s even if you are not a member of our rose society! If you are interested in exhibiting, cut a nice named* rose or two or three… and bring them to the venue between 7:00 am – 9:30 am to submit them for judging. A PRS member will help novice exhibitors with categories and entry details. Entry submissions close at 10:00 am.
(*Identifiable with an American Rose Society approved name. If you don’t know the name, bring it in anyway, a PRS member might be able to identify the rose!)
Show Time! Come back between 1:00 pm – 4:00 PM, when the show is open to the public, to see if you have won a ribbon or a trophy. You can enjoy seeing all submissions and winners. You can also shop and buy different size own-root roses which will be available for sale at this time, many in bloom. Other activities and educational information is planned, so come and enjoy the afternoon.
Win Rose plants at the two Raffles! Rose bushes and related prizes raffled off at 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM – you need to be present to win.
The PRS Annual Rose Show is an open show, judged by American Rose Society rules. Horticultural, Arrangement and Challenge categories. Permanent Trophies will not be taken home, but photographs of the rose, awards, and winners will be taken at the Show, sent to winners and posted on our website. Bring your camera or phone to capture images of roses you might want for yourself.
The Show Schedule of Rose Entry Categories ( Divisions, Sections and Classes) will be posted on our website (www.peninsularosesociety.org) after American Rose Society (ARS) approval has been confirmed.
